I am Shana Jo Armstrong and am originally from Bakersfield, California. I moved to Oregon in 1992. I fell in love with the beauty of Oregon, and the wonderful community of Coos Bay/North Bend.

After graduating from Real Estate School and receiving my License I moved to Coos Bay/North Bend.

After 8 years of being the Top Producer with a well known Real Estate franchise with over 31 agents, I decided it was time to make a change. In February of 2016 I opened my own company, Shana Jo’s RED DOOR REALTY, LLC.

By the end of that first year in 2016 I had helped more clients Buy and Sell more properties, than any year in my real estate career!

2017 through 2021 produced even better years every year, more success, and more clients and friends gained.

In 2019 I sold more properties than any other single agent in Coos County and the surrounding areas including Bandon, Reedsport, and Florence along the coast, north and south of Coos Bay/North Bend.

In 2020 I invited another exceptional local agent to join my company. Both my company and I have had our best years ever. We provide and maintain quality relationships and provide professional, first rate service to take care of our client’s every need. ALL of our clients can achieve selling, or purchasing a home, or a property they Love.
